- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Avoid this location at all costs! The rudest, most horrible people run this store. Deanna Phillips I believe her name is, has zero sense of customer service. I called before going there to pick up a package and she interrupted me while I was explaining me predicament to her and said "you need to hold I have an actual customer here" and clicked me on hold before I could say anything else. She never came back to the phone. I'm contacting corporate UPS about this location and how it is run.By Sara W, August 23, 2017
