  Stephen Futeral is a fast talking salesman who will blatantly lie to get your business. Once you pay for his services, he will ignore your calls and encourage you to settle for less than your worth simply because he doesn't want to do the required work to properly manage your case. To cover his inadequate time management, he will blame corrupt judges and scare you with added legal expenses. His company takes on way too many cases for his staff's and his ability. If you are fortunate enough to get a favorable settlement, he drops you - leaving a mess when the judgement is not abide to all while refusing to take your calls and not answering your emails for months on end. Instead, he moves on to new clients and more retainer fees. My family spent about $30,000 for a worthless document of Settlement - that his staff wrote in a rush. This document is not only poorly written with many typos, but it also makes my judgment and the protection of my family obsolete. All lawyers I have since shown it to express shock at how vulnerable Stephan made us. They feel regret at being completely unable to help correct the multitude of court ordered breaks the other party has persistantly burdened us with due to Stephan's carelessness. My family deeply regrets having retained his services.
