- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Despite being located in a Wal-Mart, this is probably the most convenient South State bank location for Mount Pleasant for me, mostly owing to being the only one in the area that is open on Saturdays. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went to cash a check...it's FRIDAY...the bank says close at 7 PM and I walked in at 5:46 and they were closed!! Very disappointing. I waited in traffic to get there, just for them to be closed before 6!? WowBy Heather Ay, August 28, 2017
