- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Recently dropped 3 pieces of jewelry for repair. The clasp that needed to be replaced was replaced with a clasp 3x the size as the original, which makes it look cheap. The chain that was soldered came back rough and looks like it was repaired with silver instead of gold. Finally, the white gold ring that was dropped off was re-dipped, but was not polished and came back to us looking black. The chain and the ring are antiques, so we brought them home rather than leave them for any additional work. Also, they didn't even bother to polish the silver necklace that was dropped off for the clasp repair. Obviously it's it's not necessary to clean it before giving it back to us, but that's just good customer service. Will not be returning!By Susan R, May 07, 2017

My husband and I have been there several times and when they see us we feel like family...so interested in asking how we've been doing, and of course they have always taken care of us when it comes to purchases.
